Our Facilities


Quality and freshness represent the cornerstone of our business. And at ALL BIG, we have what it takes by setting ourselves rigorous standards and adhering to them.

To this end, we have continuously invested in and upgraded our various state-of-the-art facilities. Our processing blast freezers are set at -40°C to freeze our seafood rapidly to -20°C. Our freezer rooms with huge tonnage capacities are temperature controlled at a constant -20°C.

At ALL BIG, our staff are well trained to handle all equipment and in the efficient handling of seafood. All processing and exports are handled quickly to ensure a maximum standard of quality and freshness.
